After purchasing a property in Fowey this client invited us to remodel the dwelling to make it suitable for use as holiday let.
The existing dwelling was disjoint with poor flow throughout, we were tasked with remodelling and refurbishing the whole property to provide a holiday let that was cohesive and family friendly.
Due to the first floor benefiting from a stunning riverside view it was decided that a reverse plan design would be most appropriate with sleeping accommodation to the ground floor.
As well as providing the required detailed building regulation documentation the client requested we fully managed the development as they were a significant distance from the property.
As part of the project management services offered we completed a full Schedule of Works for the Contractors to follow including specific details of finishes the client wanted throughout the property. We also provided regular site visits to oversee works ensuring that deadlines and pay
points were honoured.
