Initial Visit

Free informal visit to understand what you’re trying to achieve and why.

Make Contact

You can make an enquiry with us through our website, by calling the office or sending us an email. Once we have received an enquiry we will ensure we have all contact details, address of the development site and an overview of your aspirations that will enable us to determine the initial viability of the project.

The Visit

We will then arrange a no obligation site visit at a time convenient for you. During this meeting we study the property or development site and have a discussion to listen to your thoughts and ideas for the project. We will start to bring your aspirations into focus offering our own design input for your consideration.

We love to see any sketches, no matter how rough, or mood boards that will help us better understand your ideas.

What to expect

This meeting normally lasts around an hour, depending on the complexity of the project.

After this meeting we produce and email you a quote that lays out in detail all the anticipated fees for our services, planning and building control fees’ and other required reports. 

This gives you a total value of the soft costs associated with your development. (Soft Costs in construction are all costs related to works that are required prior to commencement)
