Through a dedicated design process, we transformed the property into a magnificent 5-bedroom home, with 4 of these bedrooms featuring en-suite facilities. To maximise the coastal location, we included two balconies that offer breathtaking views of the picturesque Padstow bay.
On completion of the design process, we successfully obtained the necessary planning and building regulations approvals through our in-house team, ensuring every detail was accounted for.
