Rob has been involved in the construction industry from a very young age. Growing up around a family-owned design and construction business has exposed him to a vast array of projects, providing a strong, practical knowledge of the many disciplines involved in industry.
He has a strong creative flair as well as an ability to convey principles and reflective ideas to a high level.
He holds a BA (Hons) degree & PGCE (masters in teaching) in further education. In September 2017 he was recognised as a Chartered Architectural Technologist through the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technology (MCIAT).
Rob was appointed director of A & K Architectural Service in 2014 and now takes a prominent role in managing the business; seeing it grow from a single member to a team of five.
He has a detailed working knowledge of the planning system and building regulation compliance, regularly attending CPD seminars and workshops to ensure the expertise passed across to clients is as up to date as possible.
In his free time Rob enjoys performing both as a solo pianist and in various bands across the county. He is also a keen motorcyclist and loves to travel the world.
