The Buy With Confidence scheme is a national scheme that is supported by Cornwall Council. The scheme provides people with a list of local businesses which have given their commitment to trading fairly.
Every business listed has undergone a series of detailed checks by Trading Standards before being approved as a member of the scheme to ensure they operate in a legal, honest & fair way.
To gain our accreditation, amongst other things we were interviewed about our trading practises, our past clients were asked to provide references direct to the council and DBS checks of the team members that visit your homes were completed and copies sent to the council.
By signing up, and being accepted to the scheme we agree to abide by their code of conduct and the continued registration relies on us continuing to meet their standards.
In short this means we are:

- Criminal Record checked (if accessing homes)
