There are a number of ways to go about a change of use depending on the building and proposed use.

The majority of conversions require a full planning application that requires a change of use from the local authority, others can be achieved under permitted development legislation through a prior approval system.

We have a detailed understanding of this system and are able to advise you on the best way to achieve your aspirations. We offer simple, black and white advice on the viability of a proposal from the word go.
